PRODUCT PRICES
All prices quoted are subject to change at any time. All prices are final and quoted in euros and US dollars. The company reserves the right to reject any orders which include incorrect prices which may occur due to data entry errors, code errors, hacking, incorrect pricing provided by manufacturer, translation errors etc. Prices are not negotiable and do not include postage and handling. Postage and handling costs will be calculated when completing the order.
SHIPPING
The shipping of the products is performed by signed-for airmail and/or special courier service. The cost of each dispatch depends on the weight of the ordered products and is calculated during the checkout process. The average delivery time to major destinations is 7 to 10 days provided the goods are in stock. Otherwise we will contact you for estimated delivery time.
PRODUCT RETURNS
Return of part of an order or return of the entire order will be accepted if a wrong order or product delivery was made by the e-shop. For any other reason, the acceptance of the return is at the discretion of the company. In any case, before a product return is made the customer should come in contact with us. If the return of your order is accepted but there is no fault or wrong execution of the order from our part, the customer is charged with the return cost. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
To be eligible for a return:
1. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
2. Your item must be in the original packaging.
3. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
The customer declares that he unconditionally accepted the above terms and agrees to make any purchase in accordance with them.
